Located within the crown jewel of the lower Deer Valley loop, our Deer Valley Hideaway (Chaparral Condos) sits tucked back from the road with huge windows and a new hot tub providing dramatic views of the slopes, ponds and our namesake deer that inhabit our community.
Our condo is located on the ground level with parking immediately outside the entryway. The living space is an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area with a new 65 inch Smart TV and beautiful views of Deer Valley inviting you to step outside to the covered patio where you can enjoy our brand new steamy hot tub to relax after a day of skiing or mountain biking. Our kitchen is stocked with new appliances, pots, pans, dishes and all the small appliances you need to whip up a gourmet meal. We also offer a premium coffee bar featuring both Keurig and drip coffee makers and our local Park City Roasters coffee.
There are two bedrooms sleeping five people comfortably. The primary bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom and features a king-sized bed and a twin daybed. The second bedroom also has a king bed. Each bedroom is equipped with brand new king mattresses, premium LUX bedding and flat screen Smart TVs. There is also a second full bathroom immediately across the second bedroom entryway. Both bathrooms were fully modeled in 2024. We also have a full sized washer and dryer in the hallway closet and provide detergent/dryer sheets for your convenience.
Our condo could not be more conveniently located from everywhere you want to be. You are less than 0.5 miles from the St. Regis Hotel and Snow Park Lodge (Deer Valley’s base ski village) and 0.8 miles from Main Street and historic Old Town Park City. While having a car is a great convenience, you don’t need one because there is a free shuttle stop immediately across the street from our condo with the Park City bus providing quick free service around Deer Valley loop, Park City, Main Street, and to Kimball Junction.
Summer guests: Our condo has central AC - a feature not found in many Deer Valley area private condos.
Please Note: Our condo is located in lower Deer Valley on Deer Valley Drive. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the Deer Valley Resort. Guests have garage access for storing bikes and wet ski/snowboard equipment or to park a small vehicle. Large SUVs will not fit but our condo has ample parking in our dedicated community parking immediately across from the front door and we are allocated two non-reserved spaces.
